Does anyone know of any Zumba classes in Sedona, or Cottonwood, or hereabouts? The closest one that zumba.com has in its database is 30 miles away in Payson.

Mon, February 2, 2009 - 10:10 PMAt the Sedona Spa (which is a fancy name for the health club at Los Abrigados) they have a Zumba class. Don't know which day or what time, but you can call their desk and they'll tell you. If you're not a member, it costs $20 for a day pass to the health club, so you can take a class, go for a swim, use the hot tub, etc. -

My roommate and I have been thinking about checking out a bellydancing class. $20/day is *awfully* expensive, though. Do they have membership packages, like paying a monthly fee and you can go whenever you want? -
